Tracey Tindle is managing member, and Administrator of Empowering Management LLC, a licensed

residential facility. 

Empowering Management, LLC provides 24 hours care in a home like environment to

individuals who are developmentally disabled. Empowering Management, LLC encourages and

promotes person-centered planning, normalcy, equity, inclusion, and integration into the community of

the Individuals choosing. 

Empowering Management, LLC is currently in phase two of the vendoring

process with the County of San Bernardino Regional Center.

Tracey has been in Industry specific - personal customer service for over twenty-five years. 

The following

is a list, but not limited to: Residential Facilities, Specialized Adult Residential Facilities, Mortgage

Underwriting, Mortgage Loan Origination, Real Estate, Beauty & Barber Salons, Retirement Home,

Convalescent Hospital, Maclaren Hall via (United Way), and State operated Childcare center.

Tracey is a natural teachable leader, visionary, innovator, motivator, and a student of life. Tracey is a

team player, and enjoys learning and helping humans reach observable, measurable desired dreams and

goals. Tracey has helped countless humans realize their worthiness. Moreover, Tracey has started

businesses, facilitated Hair Shows, and Seminars in various Industries.

Tracey is employed at the following: Empowering Management LLC, a licensed residential facility as an

Administrator, The Sterling Home Facility, as a direct support professional and back-up Administrator, as

well as an emergency on-call direct support professional at the Brownstone Care #1 Facility. Tracey

continues to work as an Independent Real Estate, and Mortgage Broker.

Tracey worked at Urban First as a Contract Mortgage compliance File Auditor, and a National Mortgage,

Loan Originator (NMLO). In addition Tracey worked at Keller Williams as a Broker Associate, and as well

as at Century 21 as a Real Estate Associate.

Tracey Holds many certificates, license, and degrees but not limited to the following: Facility

Administrator, Mortgage Underwriter, National Mortgage Endorsement, Real Estate Brokers License,

Cosmetologist License, Associates Degree In 1997 (Riverside Community College), Associates of Arts

Degree in 2000 (Antelope Valley College).

Tracey is a member of the following Associations and Organizations: Six Bed Organization, National

Association of Mortgage Underwriters, Southland Regional Association Realtors, Certified Commercial

Investment member, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and National

Association of Real Estate Brokers of which Tracey was a board member.
