DO YOU ACCEPT PRIVATE RESIDENTS?
Yes, we mainly get referrals from the agency, however, we do accept private funded clients.
AFTER BEING ACCEPTED WHAT IF RESIDENT DECIDES NOT TO STAY?
The resident would be charged a respite rate up to 20 nights. The 21st actual nights of stay they will be charged regular monthly rate per contract.
CAN RESIDENTS HAVE VISITORS?
Yes, during normal business hours. All visitors will follow Title 22 and facility rules regarding visiting loved ones.
WHAT IS STAFF/RESIDENT RATIO?
Staff ratio is subject to residents level of behavior and service needs. However, under normal circumstances the staff ratio is 1:2.
WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE STAFF?
Yes, all of our staff are well qualified and posess the following:
- 18 years of age
- FBI/DOJ Background cleared
- First Aid/CPR
- Health Clearance
- CPI Card
- DSP I & II
- RBT Certification
- Min. Years of Verifiable Experience
DO YOU PROVIDE 1:1 STAFF/RESIDENT RATIO?
Yes, under certain circumstances and determined by the ID team and for an additional fee.

DO YOU ACCEPT NON-AMBULATORY RESIDENTS?
Yes, only at specific facility locations.
DO YOU ACCEPT DONATIONS?
Yes, only to the company, not to a specific resident, donations can be for a specific cause.
DO YOU ALLOW OVERNIGHT VISITS?
Prior to admission and per administrator approval.
